Alkaline Ubulawu (African Dream Root / Silene Capensis)

All my herbs were tested for heavy metals and pesticides. Everything is alkaline!

Eye will tell you the way many African tribes, including the Xhosa people, prepare and consume this root. This is the traditional and recommended way.

Pound the Ubulawu into a coarse powder with a hammer and then use a molcajete (mortar & pestle to further grind it into a fine powder). You MUST use your hands to put your Asé into the sacred plant instead of using a machine to process it. 

Right before bed, put the powder in a mason jar with Crystal Geyser spring water, Aqua Panna, or Eternal water. Shake it vigorously until it foams up. Eat the foam. Shake it again. Keep shaking and eating the foam until there is no more foam.
