Black Bath / Bitter (Cleanse + Purify)

All my herbs were tested for heavy metals and pesticides. Everything is alkaline!

Instructions:

Do this once a month!

Do this for 3 nights in a row during the waning gibbous moon phase for a deeper cleansing.

Thoroughly smudge yourself, your space, and the tools you will be using (candles, etc).

Light two candles by the bathtub, a black one to banish unwanted innerG, and a white one for protection.

If you get your candles from Amazon, make sure to thoroughly cleanse them first with my handmade spiritual cleansing waters and my handmade purifying incense. Beeswax is safe for us and the environment. Paraffin and soy wax is not.)

Steep 1/2 cup in a gallon of hot storm water for 5 minutes.

Strain with 100% cotton and squeeze out all the herbs. 

Activate the tea with cigar smoke.

Stir the tea counter clockwise while asking it to remove negative energy from your life. 

Add the tea to your bath water. 

First take a bath with my alkaline body wash and use the same cotton cloth with strained herbs as a washcloth. 

Sit in the tub for at least 21 minutes while listening to 432hz. Call on your ancestors of your greatest and highest good, spirit guides and anyone on your support team to assist.
