Cordyceps is a powerful medicinal fungus that grows on the Ghost Moth Caterpillar in Himalayan soil at high altitudes. In 1993, Chinese olympic athletes broke numerous world records and the world had no idea how they had so much energy. Their drug test results showed that there were no illegal substances in their system. After much speculation, the coach revealed that they had been taking Cordyceps. This fungus contains beta-d-glucans which helps to deliver oxygen to all parts of the body on a cellular level supporting stamina and aerobic capacity.
