Goat Milk Herbal Bath Blend: Deeply Moisturizing and Cleansing, both Physically and Spiritually

All my herbs were tested for heavy metals and pesticides. Everything is alkaline!

Instructions:

Thoroughly smudge yourself, your space, and the tools you will be using (candles, etc).

Light two candles by the bathtub, a black one to balance the dark innerGies within, and a white one for protection and to call on the light innerGies within.

Add 9 tablespoons to your bath water. Make sure the water is as hot as you can tolerate it.

Activate the bath with cigar smoke.

Stir the bath clockwise while speaking what innerG you want to bring into your life. 

Cleanse your temple with my alkaline body wash and use the either the African Net Sponge or the Luffa Gourd Plant Sponge.

Sit in the tub for at least 21 minutes while listening to 432hz. Call on your ancestors of your greatest and highest good, spirit guides and anyone on your support team to assist.
