Quick Light Coals for Burning Loose Resin Incense Herbal Blends

light a coal and place it in the swinging burner. When the coal is red, use tongs to place some of the resin on top of the coal. 

Open all closet doors, and open the door to every room.

Before you smoke out (smudge) the house, smudge your body from the top down, and focus on your head, armpits, palms of hands, bottom of bare feet, in between legs, and back.

Start at the back of your house and work your way up to the front, go in each room and closet while swinging the smoke around with your right hand in a counter clockwise motion and and say "All innerG that is not of my greatest and highest destiny, get the fuck out. You are not welcome here. Leave and never return, as soon as eye open my door(s)/window(s).

The house should be foggy with smoke clouds.
When you make it to the front, open your window(s)/door(s) until the smoke clears.
