Say “Spirits of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, I call on you.” Meditate and burn within eyesight. Use a root chakra singing bowl if you have one, and say “om” as you exhale. Let the sound frequencies and vibrations heal your soul and help you feel connected to Mother Earth. Visualize all your anxiety going away, up into the ether as the candle burns. Let candle burn all the way down. All candles should be put out with your fingers or water. Say “Spirits of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, you were here and I thank you. The circle is closed but never broken. For the good of all and harm to none.  Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again. It is done. So mote it be.
