Let me be 100% transparent eye have tried RYZE mushroom coffee, and barely felt the benefits that it claimed to have. Also never noticed a reduction in bloating. When trying the Cafecito Coffee Blend eye immediately noticed that it made me more focused. After a week of using, eye wasn’t bloated. And this was during my pre-moon phase when I’m usually bloated from that. Also, I’m not sure if this correlates to the coffee, but eye did not experience cramping during that moon cycle either.
